CHAIRMAN- Manish Yadav

The LPS Global School is the brainchild of a young, bright and enterprising IIT-Delhi graduate, Manish Yadav. Having done his postgraduation in Actuarial Science from the University of Waterloo, Canada, he worked in the corporate world for 10 years. The school has been instituted to realise the dream of his grandfather, the late Shri Lok Pal Singh, who believed that education is the most important tool for positive transformation of society. Manish is the very personification of sobriety, enthusiasm and hard work. He feels strongly that the system of education prevalent in India today has not delivered the desired results. The herd mentality of chasing a holy grail be it a degree, a profession or a job has crowded the mental space in education.

He sees today's students as tomorrow's Global Citizens and believes that our children will lead the world order in the coming age. As children grow, the focus of the school should gradually change to identifying, nurturing and honing the unique talent of each child, be it in sports, academia, literary pursuits, information technology, debates, arts etc.
