At LPS, we are privileged to be guided by our Principal Ms. Mahua Mandal, a distinguished scholar and visionary in the field of education. A gold medalist in English Literature from Presidency College, University of Calcutta, she also topped the NET (National Eligibility Test) and earned the prestigious Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) from the UGC.

Her extensive experience spans renowned institutions like Jamia Millia Islamia, Gargi College, and Lady Shriram College, as well as leadership roles heading the Senior Wing at DPS Mathura Road and serving as Principal at Cambridge School, Noida. Ms. Mandal’s dedication to excellence has garnered numerous accolades, including the Best Teacher Award from Bharat Vikas Parishad and GSTA, the Best Principal Award from IIHM and Business Sphere, and a Commendation Award from the Ministry of Culture, Government of India. Recognized among the Top 50 Effective Principals by Education Today and honored with the Guru Pranam award from Dainik Jagran, Ms. Mandal continues to inspire our school community, driving innovation and shaping students into confident, future-ready leaders.
